By 2020, I promise a world interconnected in thought, word, and deed, manifesting that we are all One.
This is a tall order. Why would someone take that on? We certainly haven't created a world that works for everyone by maintaining our separateness and disconnection (from each other, the earth). I believe that when we fully grasp that our differences and diversities are part and parcel of our connectedness and unity, things will start working...
How do we grasp our essential paradox--that we are both individual and part of something much larger than we can imagine? Our language seems to keep us mired in having it one way or the other. Can we have both? Yes! How?
My intention for writing this book is to take our everyday linear language to a broader bandwidth. Bandwidth enables more information to be conveyed simultaneously. We’re still in the linotype age as far as language goes. I want this book to alter the human consciousness to create a space for the logic of both/and to be realized (in my next book)

WHY THIS MATTERS: Despite our intelligence, technical innovations, and even our compassion, we are still spiraling toward destruction of the planet and of ourselves. My hypothesis is that we can’t crawl out of this predicament with the tools we have because they are grounded in language, which is what enables us to operate within our conception of reality. We are still using a Newtonian language in a quantum world. In this book I show people an alternative perspective, that we are all interconnected with everything else. In the next book, they will learn a new way of talking about the world and themselves in that perspective. It’s like first going to a different country as a tourist and seeing a new and exciting culture and then living there and becoming part of that culture. |
